Fudgy Homemade Brownies

Assalamualaikum


There's many reason why I love brownies. Because they were easy to make, richest in chocolate and you don't even need a mixer to make it!

I'm gonna show how I make my brownies guys.

So here's for recipe

Part I (double-boiler technique);

One cup of dark choclate, I used Beryl's
1/2 of 250 gm buttercup

Part II

One cup of all- purpose flour ( or you can use the flour)
2 spoon of cocoa-powder
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt

Part III

3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup brown - sugar
2 spoon of coffee (optional) - I would love to taste my brownies like a coffee a bit

Here's is the steps;

For part II, you need to whisk all together. Then adding together part III and add with part I. Don't over-mixed.


Tips & Trick 
Make you pre-heat the oven at least 10-15 minutes before you bake the brownies. My way to make it crispier on top is bake at 150 degrees for 15 mins then another 120 at remaining 25 mins.

After the timer is done, just leave the brownies cool down for 10 minutes so it will change shiny crackles on top.

Hi there, 

Finally after a long longggg weekend finally I have a time to write here lol.

So yesterday we have this kind of meet-greet-miggle with people and have fun on weekend event, mainly because we want to make a birthday surprise to our boss, Azraa.
We had the keretapi games, talk and also the fooddd, yummehh. Everybody's bringing their own partner and kids. Me only got myself haha lol.

I’m left with this huge love for Azra. I’m a wee bit proud of the team and myself too. AH WHATEVER WHAT IS THE POINT OF LYING TO YOU. MY HEART IS BURSTING BECAUSE I FEEL SO HAPPY AND PROUD AND EXCITED. I’M SO PROUD OF THE TEAM!!!!

Everyone, Meet The Adam's

Gonna be honest, I wasn’t sure if I should share this particular post. Because I'm rarely to share anything related with my family. Except if you follow me in my instagram, you'd already know and you've seen update about them already. 

Everyone, meet the Adam's.

They were all staying with me and my parents right now. mostly with me especially in weekend lol. *rolling eyes*

The latest addition in our family is Adinda, the cat which later I'll write about her later.

The eldest, Adam Muammar such a gentleman and kind of calm boy. He kind of easy-going and he take care of his brother. Except for food....errrghh he is soo picky over food!.

The middle, Adam Muayyad is cheeky! funny, and he talks a lot. like a lot guys...lol. But the best part, he's not picky over food. But chicken is always his favourite.

The youngest, Adam Muarraf. He is just wonderful, to be honest, he pretty easily to take care and she is such a calm baby. Let’s hope this lasts forever, we made a promise already, remember Arraf? 

So here we are, guys. Adam Muammar, Adam Muayyad and , Adam Muarraf.

Later you guys will hear more about them than me, hahaha

WRITE SO YOU WILL NEVER FORGET

I’m staring at the blank box to pour my words in and that beautiful feeling is coming back the blogger in me is alive again! I haven’t blogged for almost few months guys… !It’s been a crazy period, but let’s face it – no excuses, Nono, you were just slacking off!

But not today guys… not today, my friends… because today was a really really good day that I just want to remember. I told my best friends that I really miss blogging and so many good moments happen everyday that if I don’t write them down like I diligently did before, they’re all going to fade in forgotten memory land. So I don’t want to let that happen. No matter how tired I feel at the end of every night, with long days at work and beautiful yet tiring nights with the nephew.

I remember how I cherish my memories back when I read my blog, even I keep my old picture inside the draft when almost everything went missing in my folder. My old laptop is broken and I forgot to backup and save everything inside the disk gosh yes I know lame.

There were a times that I hustle too much. I don't really rest after working from 9 am to 5 pm. I kept overthinking about my work. I still have one semester left when all my girl gang already finished. I have many words to write, but I couldn't. My almost bed-time I read history (new interest so far) and novel. Even worst, I couldn't sleep until the time reached 3 am.

I'M BACK

Probably the last time I enjoyed myself. can't remember lol . Taken in last year, 2018.

The no update here for almost a year. goshh, girl, danggg...I've been hiatus uh-oh because of my study, internship and working as a partimer eventhough I've missed seeing this big white white blank box on my screen right now. I don't know how to fit my time between blogging, Instagram and twitter update.

Life update,

Right now I'm working part-time as researcher assistant. I'm soo thankful for being in an awesome team, which help me a lot. I'm also done with my 3 month Intership. And I still have one semester left for my study, seriously I can't wait to finish everything.

Work and study can be soo stressful. Busier, more hectic and whole more chaotic. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed myself hahahaha but hey still, Alhamdulillah for this life.

Beach and Bestfriend II- Mersing trip

This trip is already happened like 4 month ago but I got no time to blog about it insteady only in other socmed like instagram and twittter, bhahaha. This is actually our first time go to beach, like real one and we're soo excited about it, we even made really early preparations, the initiary and pay everyhing early (lol).

So, we moved from home at ump pekan after we pray for subuh. Eventhou, Mersing only located about two and half hours but we need to make it fast and careful because most of us unfamiliar with the road to mersing. This is my first time lalu jalan rompin-mersing. It feels eerie because kiri kanan hutan, we even witneeses the accident happened at endau-rompin road and it was soo scarryy. Many times of us ask nad either she's okay ke tak to drive.

Alhamdulillah safely arrived. 

We arrived at Mersing jetty around 9.30 am, waiting for our speedboat for an hours lol and safely arrived dekat pulau around 11 am and first checkpoint is Prates Island Hills.

Pirates Island is soooo mesmerizing beautiful with blue diamond water colours subhanallah. memang sangat cantik dan jernih. We're really excited and can't wait to jump  lol

We're kind of rush because it's only one day trip. and we're leaving at 7.30pm and super hungrehhh we need a real food. The abang2 drove the boats like crazyy haha but alhamdulillah were safe to arrived to Pekan around 12.30 am.

Beach and Bestfriend I

This is how we spent our saturday afternoon, with a a good company of friends, cozy and warm ambient, beach views and with  our self-made of bbq foods. oh not forget with our lots of laughter and interestingly random questions and funny memories since the first time we've meet in university. It was really chilled out and relaxed afternoon. We even had our photoshoot session and this will be remembered since this is our last years to be together-ed. :'(.

We even baked cheese kut and cheese cake for nadirah's belated birthday and upcoming Atiqah's birthday. They shared the same month but very different personalities. Atiq is more to boy-ish style and personalities but suprisingly she agreed to wear shawl for the photoshoot (she hated it guys, she only wear bawal all times hahahaha ).

Wawa's belated birthday

wawa my sweetheart just celebrated her 26 years old birthday even it's kind of late to post the party's here but who care kan? hehe

To be honest, the real dates ialah masa tu i exam so i delaykan a little bit because both of us super busy. It's not like a party but more to spend time together. Last time i jumpa wa pertengahan tahun 2018 and i miss her a lot.

So, we planned to go spend our time at glaze eatery, tamarind square, cyberjaya. omgee this is my first time i come to Tamarind Square and i suka sangat tempat dia. very cozzy, privacy, decoration pun cantik, i heard that this place famous to intagram-mer, they loves to do their ootd here hehe dan most important, free parking guys ( who doesn't love free parking right?) .

I booked for birthday package and this cake cost me only RM 50 je. But you still need to pay for dinner. The food sedapp, the value was superbb but most important is who I spend my valuable time with.

Happy Birthday wa, my best friend. I pray the best for you because that what bestfriend's do kan? I love you wa.

The last year

Hi guys

So new entry in 2019?

It's been a year without any post, omg I miss my blog, really.

So, The time has indeed come for my time as student to as we called it as final year. There's so much ups and down so much failure that I've been faced- I am so privileged to experience all.

2018 was a rollercoaster journey of self- discovery. It feels like all this time, I was struggling to keep myself alive and balanced. My heart was empty wasteland, constantly trying to filled by influence of others.

2018 also I leant to open my heart to not hold my emptiness and it's okay to cry all day along. And not feed myself my sadness for too long. And in between, I learn to love myself. Actually, I'm lucky because I had a few friends who always support me in whatever I decided. Thanks Wawa, Atul, Nad and Atiqah.

I did want to at least post some of my unforgetful memories but later, it's late already.

Looks what topic that eager me to write here instead of doing calculus and preparing an important presentation due on tomorrow!!!

I found out this topic interesting juga (wehh hang takda modal lain). the question is what's like to be single ? when your bestfriend already married? forever aloneeeeeee

This kind of situation, I have faced it. I mean it. I'm 25 will turn to 26 inshaallah soon, people around me, with their good intentions, I'm sure, will always be like " inshaallah, soon, you're next who get married", my paklong, maklong even some of my kakak2 always ask me to find my life partner aka husband. They said I should be worried at least, ok I admit it, well sometimes but my parents didn't bother about it. My mom said that we are all blessed with different thing. Some people are blessed with early marriages, some blessed with kids and happy family. Some people blessed with amazing careers. Some people blessed with health. Some people blessed with wealth.
.
The point is, we are all blessed with different things.You know, Allah is very very fair. Allah hasnt given you a husband but I blessed with others that I always remind myself to always feel grateful at least.

You know, I'm already blessed with so many people that are in my life right now, my family and my friends then why should I wasted my time and energy complaining about something that I dont have in my life, when I already have these amazing people in my life.

So if you're going through something difficult right now or you've been waiting for something to happen or have been waiting for someone for a while and you don't know if it's coming anytime soon.  Why don't we flip the lens and focus on towards what we already have instead on focusing on something that we don't have.

Time Capsule, again

Hi!

Yeahhh I need to admit that the Tube Time Capsule, Sg. Lembing was one of my favourite place if I want to calm myself.  Since this is the nearest, and this place has no hustle, suitable for who loves peace and calmness like meh but little bit scary because the tube surround with jungle, so don't ever go alone hahaha

I asked Diana to company me because yeah she's really easygoing, tak kuat merungut and she's matured enough to handle the unplanned plan. and of corse because  I love her. Sesuai sangat sebab tengah jiwa kacau lol. One capsule that time RM 114/ night only if I'm not mistaken, full package inc free bbq jiran depan. lol.

We arrived at 4.00pm , check in and after that we mingle around the village, jambatan gantung, buy lots of food and maggi for dinner. Nothing interesting because that time hujan. So we have to cancel our plan to rent bycle and sightseeing around the village.

That night, we just go out to have our dinner then this one group asked us to join their bbq. Bbq okay, everythingsss looks tempting. ok tiber lupa pasal maggi. lol. Thank youuu stranger for being kind o us, offer the damn delicious bbq.

Actually, need to drive around 15 minutes to arrived to Sg. Pandan Waterfall

We hiked Caras cave, Sg. Lembing but I loss the pictures and video, tsk tsk.. nevermind. I've fun to set myself free, sometimes. with someone that I love. This semester will be the last semester for diana. I guess I will miss her, a lot.
