Assalamualaikum
There's many reason why I love brownies. Because they were easy to make, richest in chocolate and you don't even need a mixer to make it!
I'm gonna show how I make my brownies guys.
So here's for recipe
Part I (double-boiler technique);
One cup of dark choclate, I used Beryl's
1/2 of 250 gm buttercup
Part II
One cup of all- purpose flour ( or you can use the flour)
2 spoon of cocoa-powder
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
Part III
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup brown - sugar
2 spoon of coffee (optional) - I would love to taste my brownies like a coffee a bit
Here's is the steps;
For part II, you need to whisk all together. Then adding together part III and add with part I. Don't over-mixed.
Tips & Trick
Make you pre-heat the oven at least 10-15 minutes before you bake the brownies. My way to make it crispier on top is bake at 150 degrees for 15 mins then another 120 at remaining 25 mins.
After the timer is done, just leave the brownies cool down for 10 minutes so it will change shiny crackles on top.
